Managing Users
Invite team members, assign roles, and control brand access.
Go to User Access to invite team members. Every Traqer plan includes unlimited users.
When inviting a user, you can select which specific brands they have access to and assign a role:
Viewer — Can view brand data but cannot edit prompts or topics.
Contributor — Can edit prompts within the brands they're assigned to.
Team Member — Can see all brands, add new brands, but cannot manage users or billing.
Admin — Full access, including managing users and billing.
